Join RSPCA NSW as a Major Philanthropy Officer and help grow our major gifts program by building meaningful, long-term relationships with high-value donors who share our commitment to animal welfare.

In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of major donors, develop tailored engagement strategies, and secure philanthropic support that directly funds the rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming of animals across NSW.

Full-time or part-time permanent opportunity – hybrid working arrangement.

About you

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the not-for-profit sector
• Strong background in major donor or relationship fundraising
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with donor stewardship, proposals, and impact reporting
• Confident using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge)
• Proactive, collaborative, and highly professional approach
